There is hereby created the office of "Code Enforcement Officer,"
which officer shall be appointed by a majority vote of the members
of the City Council and who shall serve at the will of the City Council
and not for any definite term. His/her compensation shall be fixed
by the City Council. Any person aggrieved by any act or ruling of
the Code Enforcement Officer may appeal, in writing, to the Board
of Adjustment.
