A.
The
City may accept payment by credit card of any bill or amount due and
owing for payment of utility deposits, utility charges, court fees
or for any service(s) supplied by the City. An additional fee shall
be charged over and above the amount of the bill to cover charges
made to the City by the credit card company.
B.
The
additional fee to cover credit card charges shall be established from
time to time by the City Clerk/Collector. It shall be kept on file
and available to the public and shall be adjusted from time to time
as the credit card fees change.

The City enacts an insufficient fund fee of thirty dollars ($30.00)
for each returned check.
