A. 
The following provisions shall govern use of the City park:
1. 
The City park shall be open from 5:00 A.M. till 11:00 P.M. daily.
a. 
The hours may be extended with approval of the Board of Aldermen.
2. 
The operation of motorcycles or scooters outside the designated roadway within the park is prohibited.
3. 
The maximum rate of speed within the park shall not exceed ten (10) miles per hour.
4. 
Parking of vehicles within the park is prohibited except in areas designated by appropriate signs.
5. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to take into the park or have in his/her possession in said park any alcoholic beverage. The possession of alcoholic beverage, including three and two-tenths percent (3.2%) beer, within the park is prohibited.
6. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit litter of any description in the City park or to in any way damage, deface, destroy or remove any public or privately owned property located in said park.

A. 
All drivers or operators of motor vehicles are required not to drive on the walking/biking trails in Leadwood City Park.
B. 
No Unauthorized Vehicles Allowed signs shall be erected and maintained on all entrances to walking/biking trails from the main roadway in the Leadwood City Park.
C. 
Any person, driver, operator or chauffeur violating the provisions of this ordinance by driving on the walking/biking trail in Leadwood City Park shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
