The purpose of the R-1 Suburban Residential District is to protect
the amenities of certain areas of Rosslyn Farms Borough where the
pattern has already been established with single family development
on relatively large lots; and to allow certain additional compatible
uses such as schools, parks, churches, and certain public facilities
which serve the residents of the Zoning District.
In the R-1, Suburban Residential, District only the following
uses are authorized:

All Other Principal Uses: 1 acre
B. MINIMUM LOT WIDTH: 100 feet
C. MAXIMUM LOT COVERAGE: 40%
D. MINIMUM FRONT YARD: 25 feet
E. MINIMUM REAR YARD:
Principal Structures: 25 feet
Accessory Structures: 5 feet
F. MINIMUM SIDE YARD:
Principal Structures: 20 feet
Accessory Structures: 10 feet

J. MAXIMUM HEIGHT:
Single Family Dwellings: 2-1/2 stories, but not more than 35
