Section 225.010 Hours Open to Public. [1]

The parks of the City shall be open for use by the general public between the hours of 6:00 A.M. until the hour of 11:00 P.M.

Section 225.020 Special Use Permits — When Required.

No person shall use the City parks between the hours of 11:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. unless they have issued to them a special permit.

Section 225.030 Special Use Permits — Application — Issuance.

A person may be issued a special permit for use of the City park after hours by applying to the Park Board for the special permit for any special event. The Mayor and President of the Park Board shall approve the special permit prior to its issuance.

Section 225.040 Special Use Permits — Rules for Issuance.

The City Park Board shall establish rules and regulations for the issuance of special event permits for use of the City parks after hours. The City Park Board shall establish a fee to be paid for the issuance of any special permit issued.

Section 225.050 Alcoholic Beverages Prohibited. [1]

No person shall have in his/her possession nor shall any person consume alcoholic beverages within any City park in the City.
