[HISTORY: Adopted by the City Council of the City of Passaic 2-3-2015 by Ord. No. 2008-15. Amendments noted where applicable.]
A. 
The City of Passaic adopts as official and subject to judicial notice in all criminal prosecutions a schematic map of the entire municipality which includes a representation of all school property within a boundary of 1,000 feet around the same, entitled "Drug-Free School Zones."
B. 
A copy of said map shall be forwarded to the office of the Passaic County Prosecutor.
C. 
A copy of said map is on file with the City Clerk and the Passaic Police Department.
D. 
The City of Passaic adopts the provisions of the Attorney General's Statewide Action Plan for Narcotics Enforcement Directive 5.2:
"(That) it shall be the responsibility of every law enforcement department, in conjunction with the County Prosecutor, to determine the outer boundaries of the property owned by the school and which are used for school purposes and to determine the perimeter of the school safety zone established by N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7, which extends 1,000 feet in all directions from the outer boundaries of school property."

A copy of said map shall be forwarded to the office of the Passaic County Prosecutor.

A copy of said map is on file with the City Clerk and the Passaic Police Department.
D. 
The City of Passaic adopts the provisions of the Attorney General's Statewide Action Plan for Narcotics Enforcement Directive 5.2:
"(That) it shall be the responsibility of every law enforcement department, in conjunction with the prosecutor, to determine the outer boundaries of the property owned by the Township and which are used for public facilities purposes, and to determine the perimeter of the public facilities "safety zone" established by N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7, which extends 500 feet in all directions from the outer boundaries of said property."
