Rates Within The Corporate Limits. On and
after November 30, 2014, water rates for residential, non-residential
and industrial service within the corporate limits of the City of
Mount Vernon, Missouri, shall be as follows:

B.
Rates Outside The City Limits. On and after July 1, 2007, water rates for service outside the City limits of the City of Mount Vernon, Missouri, shall be the same as set out in Section 700.130(A) hereinabove plus a monthly fee of twenty-seven dollars ($27.00).
