§ 2-362 Established; powers and duties; composition; financing.

A. There is hereby established, under the provisions of MGL c. 40, § 8J, the Commission on Disability of the City, for the purposes and with the rights, duties and powers provided by law, to be composed of nine members.

B. In accordance with the provisions of MGL c. 40, § 22G, the City shall establish a separate account which shall be used to allocate all funds received from fines assessed for violations of handicap parking to the Commission on Disability.
