No person shall remove or transport the contents of privies, cesspools or septic tanks or any other waste without first obtaining a permit from the Board of Health under MGL c. 111, § 31A. The fee for such permit and for any subsequent renewal thereof shall be as provided in Chapter A110, Fee Schedule, of the City Code.

No person shall place, throw, deposit, discharge, or cause to be placed, thrown, deposited or discharged, any sludge, sewage sludge, incinerated or unincinerated; medical sludge or by-products thereof, within a two-mile radius of the town water supply.
