A.
The Board of Health shall appoint an Inspector of Gas Piping and
Gas Appliances in Buildings, whose duty shall be the enforcement of
the rules and regulations promulgated under the provisions of MGL
c. 25, § 12H.[1]

of the Gas Fitting Board, its rules and regulations, and appeals from
board rulings, was repealed by L. 1977, c. 843, § 2, approved
12-23-1977.
B.
The inspector may be an employee of the Board of Health performing
other duties, and his duties as Inspector of Gas Piping shall be in
addition to his other duties.
C.
The inspector shall be within the Inspectional Services Division.
