The Traffic Commission shall consist of five members. Three members shall be appointed by the Mayor. The Chief of Police of the City or his/her designee and the Director of Community Maintenance of the City shall be ex officio members. The commission shall organize annually by choosing one of its members as chairperson.
All members of the Traffic Commission shall take an oath to the faithful performance of their duties and shall serve without compensation for their services as members of the commission. Three members of the Traffic Commission shall constitute a quorum for the conduct of business.
