A.
Every dwelling unit for this district shall contain at least three
rooms, exclusive of halls, and a bathroom. Such three-room dwelling
unit shall contain at least 600 square feet of floor space and an
additional 120 square feet of floor space for each additional room.

C.
In this Apartment District, the minimum lot area shall be 10,000
square feet for the first dwelling unit and 2,000 square feet for
each additional dwelling unit.
