Pursuant to the mandate and under the authority of MGL c. 40A,
§§ 9, 9A and 14(2), the Board of Appeals shall have
the power to hear and decide all applications for special permits
unless otherwise provided herein.
Each application for a special permit shall be filed by the
petitioner in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Zoning
Board of Appeals.
