Access to the area described, which area shall be defined by the Chief of Police, and access through the area shall be under the specific control of the Chief of Police. Signage shall be posted defining the area to be secured, and fencing may be installed.
The Chief of Police shall designate those other than police officers who shall be permitted into the area. All other persons, i.e., persons not authorized to access the area, shall not access the area on foot or by car except when accompanied by a police officer.
Anyone who accesses the secured area shall be charged with trespass as well as any other infraction, i.e., destruction of public property, where appropriate.
