Wherever in this Article the following terms are used, they shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this Section:
As specifically named herein, by whatever other names they might be called, include every age and sex of each of the herein named species of animals or poultry.
Any lion, tiger, leopard, ocelot, jaguar, cheetah, margay, mountain lion, Canada lynx, bobcat, jaguarundi, hyena, wolf, bear, non-human primate, coyote, any deadly, dangerous, or poisonous reptile, or any deadly or dangerous reptile over eight (8) feet long, or other animal with similar characteristics or reputation.
Any person, firm or corporation owning and/or actually keeping, having, using or maintaining any of the animals or poultry herein referred to.
Any permit granted by the Board of Aldermen.
A state of being constructed so as to effectively prevent the entry of rats.
Any condition of good order and cleanliness which precludes the probability of disease transmission.
Any animal included within Class I Wildlife or Class II Wildlife as identified in the Wildlife Code of Missouri.
