The maximum speed limit at which vehicles may proceed on or along highways within the Village of Camillus, Onondaga County, New York, is hereby established as 30 miles per hour.
It is a traffic infraction for any person to violate any of the provisions of this article, and every person convicted of a traffic infraction for such violation shall be punished as follows:
A. 
For a first conviction thereof, such person shall be punished by a fine of not more than $50 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
B. 
For a second such conviction within 18 months thereafter, such person shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100 or by imprisonment for not more than 45 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
C. 
Upon a third or subsequent conviction within 18 months after the first conviction, such person shall be punished by a fine of not more than $250 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
