A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to stack cordwood and/or firewood in front of any residential dwelling within the Village of Hanley Hills, Missouri. Permanent storage of said cordwood and/or fire wood may be stacked in the side yard or back yard but must be at least ten (10) feet from the residence and four (4) inches off the ground to prevent said cordwood and/or firewood and the residence from becoming overrun, infested or inhabited by rodents, insects, termites, worms or any other type of vermin.
B. 
Violation of this Section shall be punished by a fine of not less than one dollar ($1.00) or more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each day that the violation continues to exist.

A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, owner, occupant or person or entity in charge of a dwelling within the Village of Hanley Hills, Missouri, to fail to maintain in good condition any window dressing, drapery or blind which is visible from a public place or from a neighboring property.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, owner, occupant or person or entity in charge of a dwelling unit to have no window dressing, or to cover a window with newspaper, cardboard or similar substance in or on any window visible from a public place or from a neighboring property.

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any public solicitation from the occupants of any the vehicle shall be lawfully parked at the time of the solicitation.

A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to wear pants, shorts or skirts below the waist which expose the skin or undergarments in a public place.
B. 
Parental Responsibility. The parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of a person under the age of seventeen (17) years shall not knowingly permit such person to violate this Section.
C. 
Notice To Responsible Adult. Any Police Officer finding any person under the age of seventeen (17) years violating the provisions of this Section shall warn such person to desist immediately from such violation and shall promptly report the violation to said minor's parents, guardians or other adult person in charge of such minor setting forth the matter in which said minor violated this Section. After receiving notice of the first (1st) violation, no person described in Subsection (B) shall knowingly permit such minor to violate the provisions of this Section.
D. 
Service Of Notice. The written notice provided for in Subsection (C) may be served by leaving a copy thereof at the residence of such parents, guardian or adult person in charge of the minor with any person found at such residence over the age of seventeen (17) years or by mailing such notice to the last known address of such parent, guardian or adult person in charge of said minor, wherever such person may be found.
E. 
The penalty for violating this Section shall be a fine from ten dollars ($10.00) to one hundred dollars ($100.00).
