No person, firm, partnership or corporation shall operate a
coin-operated or "slug-operated" amusement device within the Village
of Hanley Hills without first complying with the provisions of this
Chapter.

No person, firm, partnership or corporation shall operate more
than two (2) coin-operated or "slug-operated" amusement devices within
the Village of Hanley Hills.

The Finance Clerk shall issue a license to any applicant to
operate a maximum of two (2) coin-operated or "slug-operated" amusement
devices after payment of the licensing fee to the Finance Clerk of
fifty dollars ($50.00) for each device. Said fee must be paid for
each device prior to the commencement of applicant's operation of
each device.

Each license must be renewed annually so long as the applicant
shall continue to be engaged in such operation of the device(s) by
payment of the renewal fee on or before the first (1st) day of April
of each year. The annual license renewal fee shall be fifty dollars
($50.00) for each device.

Upon proper application and payment of fees, the Finance Clerk
shall issue licenses pursuant to this Chapter in the following form:

__________ is hereby authorized to maintain (number) coin-operated/slug-operated amusement device(s) upon the premises
located at __________ except as otherwise provided by ordinance, for
the year ending on the last day of March, _____.
