Sections 30.81(1), (3) and (4), as amended, repealed or modified, of the Wisconsin Statutes are hereby adopted and referenced, in the interest of public health and safety, for the purpose that other applicable enforcement and regulatory ordinances contained or hereafter enacted in the Code of Ordinances of the City of Rice Lake have full force and effect upon the icebound portions of Rice Lake.
