[Acts of 2013, Ch. 130, approved 11-14-2013]
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in
General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 209 of the acts of 1991 is hereby repealed.
This act shall take effect upon its passage.
