No person shall keep or permit to be kept on the premises occupied
by such person any dog which by its continual barking, howling or
whining or other frequent or long-continued or loud and raucous noises
shall unreasonably disturb the comfort or annoy any person other than
the owner.
Any violation of this article shall be punished as provided in Chapter 78 of the Code of the Village of Camillus, relating to noise.
