Expedited permitting: The by-right site plan approval process
administered by Board of Appeals for renewable or alternative energy
research and development facilities in buildings 50,000 square feet
or greater shall be completed within one year of the date of submission
of a complete application package. All other locally required permits
for renewable or alternative energy research and development facilities
in buildings 50,000 square feet or greater shall also be issued within
one year of the date of submission of a complete application package.
