Registration of qualified contractors; contractor's certificate fee. Licensed contractors from other cities of the first, second or third class in Pennsylvania, or who are qualified by right of any state contractor's license to be engaged as a contractor, shall be registered in the Department of Planning and Codes without examination. For such registration the contractor shall pay a registration certificate fee of $75 for general trade contractors, or $50 for specialized trade contractors, which covers such work or contracts taken at such time for fulfillment and for each succeeding registration certificate fee, together with the payment of the annual business license fee, to the Director of Finance or their designee (§ 422-5).

Existing Structures Code. Pursuant to Section ES-112.3, Appeal fees, a fee of $500, payable in advance, shall be paid for each appeal taken to the Property Maintenance Board of Appeals from a decision of the Bureau to cover the costs of mailing notices and the hearing of the appeal (§ 435-11).

of $25 for each violation.

(1)
The applicant shall pay an administrative fee of $100
to the City at the time an application form is requested. In addition
to this administrative fee, the following fee schedule shall apply
to compensate the SEO. All fees for SEO services shall be paid to
the City prior to the service being performed.
(2)
Scope of services.
(a)
Permit application. Single lot: SEO meets with
applicant and fills out Part I of application, conducts pit evaluation,
and slope reading (up to two pits evaluated at initial meeting): $75
per site.
(b)
Subdivision planning. SEO conducts pit evaluation
and slope reading (up to two pits evaluated at initial meeting). This
service is typically performed for site suitability and planning module
preparation: $75 per site.
(c)
Percolation test. SEO inspects presoak holes/depth,
observes final hour of test: $350.
(d)
Preapplication inspection. For applicant whose
lot was previously approved for on-lot disposal system during subdivision
planning, SEO shall confirm that area was not disturbed: $200.
(e)
Permit application review (issuance/denial).
SEO reviews design and all site data: $90 plus any additional actual
costs.
(g)
System malfunction. Meeting with applicant to
discuss problem, inspect system, and obtain information for repair
permit. This special consulting service is based on an hourly rate
of $60 plus any additional actual costs.
(h)
Alternate system review: $60 plus any additional
actual costs.
(i)
Additional consulting services for any of the
items listed above or other related services will be conducted for
a fee of $34 per hour.

are required to qualify for this rate, which will be audited on a

parking pass will expire after 90 days, at which time the pass holder
will have to reapply.
M.
For garage customers violating the terms of monthly parking, which
results in the turning off of a customer's card, the fee will be $10
to reactivate the card.

taxes and municipal fees on behalf of the City are hereby authorized
to accept payment of delinquent real estate taxes and municipal fees
by credit card or debit card.

Where
payment is by credit card or debit card, any charges or fees charged
by the credit card or debit card company and/or the credit card or
debit card servicing agent shall become part of the delinquent real
estate tax or municipal claim and be charged immediately to the credit
card or debit card used to make payment.
