In accordance with Section 365.050 of this Title and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle between the hours specified herein on any day except Sundays and public holidays within the district or upon any of the streets or parts of streets as follows:

A.
At any
time it shall be unlawful to permit any vehicle to stand, be parked
or left in any of the following places, except in compliance with
the directions of a Police Officer:
1.
Locations.
In any intersection.
In a crosswalk.
At any place where the vehicle would block the use of a driveway.
At any place where official signs prohibit parking.
At any place where the curb or street is painted yellow.
2.
Streets.
Alert, the south side, east of Hanley; on the east and north
side of Alert, west of Hanley.
Bainbridge, the east side.
Balfour, the north side.
Bloom, the south side.
Bluemont, the north side.
Driftway, the west side.
Dusky, the north side.
Eagle, the east side.
Falcon, the east side.
Farrell, the east side.
Hanley Road, within the Village limits.
Haywood, the south side.
Larch, the west side.
Madison, the south side.
Mallard, the north side.
Monroe, the south side.
Owen, the west side.
Racine, the south side.
Raft, the west side.
Raven, the east side.
Stillwater, the east side.
Taber, the south side.
Titus, the south side.
Underhill, the south side, east of Hanley; on the north side
of Underhill, west of Hanley.
Utica, the west side.
Vinita, the west side.
B.
Unlawful Acts. No person shall stand or loiter in any street
or roadway if such act interferes with the lawful movement of traffic.
No vehicle shall stand or be parked with the left side of such vehicle
next to the curb and it shall be unlawful to stand or park any vehicle
in a street other than parallel with the curb and with the two (2)
right wheels of the vehicle within twelve (12) inches of the regularly
established curb.
C.
Penalty. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision
of this Schedule shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00)
nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense; and
a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or
on which a violation occurs or continues.
