All that portion of lands, commonly known as the "Swimming River Tract," belonging to the Township of Middletown and abounding on the east by the Garden State Parkway, on the south by the center line of the Swimming River, on the west by the United States Navy Ammunition Depot property and on the north by the rear lines of Lots 1 through 28, Block 365 (Lincroft Manor Development), are hereby declared as a wildlife sanctuary with all the benefits and restrictions attached to said lands under appropriate statutes, laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.
