There shall be a design review commission which shall consist
of five members appointed by the Town Council each for a term of three
years. All vacancies shall be filled for the balance of unexpired
terms and such appointments shall be made by the Town Council. The
design review commission shall make recommendations to the Town Council
and Planning Board to promote excellence in design with respect to
future development and redevelopment projects.
