Pursuant to the provisions of Subdivision 7 of § 485-b
of the Real Property Tax Law, the real property tax exemption set
forth in Paragraph 2 of such § 485-b is hereby reduced to
zero for each of the years set forth in such paragraph.
This article shall apply to all real property within the Village
of New Hempstead on which construction is completed on or after the
effective date of this article.
