Grounds, building and structures shall be maintained free of insects, vermin and rat harborage and infestation in accordance with the requirements set forth in Chapter 211, Nuisances, of the City Code.
The growth of brush, weeds and grass shall be controlled in accordance with Chapter 211, Nuisances, of the El Paso Municipal Code. Parks shall be so maintained as to prevent the growth of ragweed, poison ivy, poison oak, poison sumac and other noxious weeds considered detrimental to health.
All manufactured home parks and the manufactured homes within
their boundaries shall comply with the El Paso Municipal Code.
