It is unlawful to construct, erect or maintain any sign, awning
or canopy over any City street, alley, sidewalk or other public place
unless the same is so constructed and securely fastened that there
will be no danger of the sign, awning or canopy being dislodged by
ordinary winds or falling from any other cause.
