The provisions of this article imposing a time limit on parking
shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other and more
restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing
or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138, any other
New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XII (§
440-36), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XIII (§
440-37), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule XIV (§
440-38) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said schedule, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule XV (§
440-39) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said schedule, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule XVI (§
440-40) at any time between the hours listed in said schedule of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said schedule, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The locations described in Schedule XVIII (§
440-42), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as bus stops.

A. Parking or extended standing on Bellmawr public school properties
designated as "school drop-off zones" which are located on school
property in the parking lot areas of the schools is prohibited. In
addition, parking or extended standing is prohibited in the additional
drop-off zone located along the same curbline. The prohibition will
be in effect during all arrival and dismissal times while the schools
are in session between the hours 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. while school
is in session. The zones must have proper signage and painted lines
on the parking lot designating the area as a drop-off and pickup zone.
B. Any motor vehicle operator who violates the provisions of this section
will be fined $50 or may have his/her driving privileges suspended
by a court of competent jurisdiction.
