Private parties permitted only after payment of the appropriate fee to the City Clerk and the acquisition of a general liability policy for the event. Said policy must name the City of Fayette as an "additional insured" and must provide for sufficient coverage limits as determined by the City Clerk from time to time. Proof of said policy must be provided before access to the pool facility is granted for the private party. In all other circumstances, use of the Fayette municipal swimming pool is restricted to public use, private swimming lessons and other approved functions only.
