No person shall park a motor vehicle in any other than parallel to the roadway of any of the following places:
1. 
On the east side of Church Street for two hundred (200) feet running north from its intersection with Davis Street.
2. 
Three (3) hour parking zones from 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M., except Saturday and Sunday:
a. 
The east side of Main Street between the streets of Davis and Morrison;
b. 
The north side of Davis Street between the streets of Church and Main;
c. 
The west side of Church Street between the streets of Davis and Morrison;
d. 
The south side of Morrison Street between the streets of Church and Main;
e. 
The east and west side of North Main Street between the streets of Elm and Davis;
f. 
The east and west side of South Main Street between the streets of Morrison and Walnut;
g. 
The north side of West Morrison between the alley and Linn Street.
3. 
Unlimited parking zones from 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M., except Saturday and Sunday:
a. 
The west side of Main Street between the streets of Davis and Morrison;
b. 
The east side of Church Street between the streets of Davis and Morrison;
c. 
The south side of Davis Street between the streets of Church and Main;
d. 
The north side of Morrison Street between the streets of Church and Main;
e. 
Both sides of East Morrison Street from Main Street to the alley directly east of Main Street.
4. 
Unlimited parking, except during snows, for any person who possesses a parking permit from Central Methodist College for the following:
a. 
The north side of West Morrison from Church Street west to the alley; and
b. 
The south side of West Morrison from Church Street west to the United States Post Office.
5. 
No motor vehicles shall be parked on the following streets during the hours of 2:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.:
a. 
All of the right side of Church Street beginning at the intersection of Church Street and Missouri Highway 5 running in a southerly direction toward the square and ending at the intersection of Church Street and Davis Street at the north side of the square; provided, however, parking on the right side of Church Street from the intersection of Lucky Street and Church Street to the square and ending at the intersection of Church Street and Davis Street is permitted between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. on Sundays only.
6. 
One (1) hour parking on certain streets, not to repeal the ordinances which prohibit on-street parking on that portion of Davis Street and Church Street extending northward approximately eighty-five (85) feet and not to be in effect on Sunday:

a. 
Along the east side of Church Street between the intersections of Davis Street and Church Street and Elm Street and Church Street.
b. 
Along the south side of Elm Street between the intersections of Church Street and Elm Street and Main Street and Elm Street.
7. 
Thirty (30) minute parking for such period of time as said United States Post Office shall be open for business, to wit:
From 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and from 8:00 A.M. until 12:00 noon on Saturday: Along west Morrison Street and on Linn Avenue adjacent to the property owned by the United States Post Office.
8. 
No parking between the hours of 1:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M. shall be allowed on the following snow route:
a. 
On Church from Morrison to Highway 5;
b. 
On Lucky from Church to Highway 5;
c. 
On Linn from Lucky to Elm;
d. 
On Elm from Mulberry to Linn;
e. 
On Crib from Church to Howard;
f. 
On Corprew from Church to Mulberry;
g. 
On Mulberry from Corprew to Elm;
h. 
On Spring from Church to Linn;
i. 
On the north side of West Morrison from the alley, which intersects West Morrison between Church and Linn, to the intersection of West Morrison and Linn.
9. 
No person shall park their motor vehicle on the north side of Elm between the intersections of Mulberry and Elm and Louisiana and Elm. Furthermore, on the south side of said street, no parking is permitted except between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M.
Parking on the south side of the said street shall be allowed on Sunday.
10. 
It shall be unlawful to park a vehicle at the following location at the specified times within the corporate limits of Fayette:
On the east side of Cleveland from the south line of Lucky to the north line of Spring from 10:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M.
11. 
It shall be unlawful to park a vehicle at the following location at the specified times within the corporate limits of Fayette:
On the north side of West Morrison starting at a point one hundred thirty (130) feet west of the west side of Cleveland Avenue to a point one hundred sixty (160) feet from the west side of Cleveland Avenue from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
12. 
It shall be unlawful to park a vehicle at the following location at the specified times within the corporate limits of Fayette:
On the west side of North Mulberry Street from the northwest corner of Elm Street to a point directly across from the southwest corner of the intersection of Reynolds Street and North Mulberry Street from 10:00 P.M. until 6:00 A.M.
13. 
It shall be unlawful to park a vehicle at the following location within the corporate limits of Fayette:
On the west side of Railroad Street from Sycamore Street to South Park Avenue.
14. 
Between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 3:30 P.M., it shall be unlawful to park a vehicle for a period in excess of fifteen (15) minutes at the following location within the corporate limits of the City of Fayette:
On the north side of Morrison Street from the northwest corner of Cleveland Avenue to a point running west one hundred twenty-nine (129) feet along the south side of Morrison Street.
15. 
It shall be unlawful to park a vehicle at the following location within the corporate limits of Fayette:
On either side of College Street between Corprew Avenue and North Church Street.
