Table V-A One-Way Traffic.

Upon those streets and parts of streets and in those alleys described and designated by ordinance, vehicular traffic shall move only in the indicated direction when signs indicating the direction of traffic are erected and maintained at every intersection where movement in the opposite direction is prohibited. The following streets or parts of streets shall be one-way streets:

1. Herndon Street between West Davis and Lucky Street shall be a one-way street going north between the hours of 7:15 A.M. and 8:15 A.M., and 2:30 P.M. and 3:30 P.M., Monday through Friday during the school year.

2. The Street Department is hereby authorized to erect signs at Herndon and West Davis, Herndon and Lucky Street, and along Herndon Street between Lucky and West Davis indicating the information contained in Subsection (1) herein.
