The City shall make available to any commercial customer standard
electric service for lighting and incidental power service in commercial
establishments such as, stores, service stations, offices, hotels,
multifamily dwellings, beauty shops with residences connected and
restaurants where metered by one (1) meter and where all alternating
current service required by the customer is served under this schedule.

The metering shall be at secondary voltage, excepting at the
City's option where the capacity requires primary metering. The base
rate for such service shall be as set forth in the rate tables in
Appendix A to this Chapter.[1]

The voltage, frequency and phase of all service under this Article
shall be only as specified by the City.

This rate may be increased by the amount of any new or increased
governmental tax imposed and levied on transmission, distribution,
production or sale of electricity.

The payment of bills for electrical service under this Article, delinquency of same, applications for service and all other regulations governing accounts hereunder shall be governed by Chapter 720.
