The following locations are hereby designated as Law Enforcement
Vehicle Parking Zones. No person shall park a vehicle, other than
a marked law enforcement vehicle, in the following locations during
the times indicated. A violation of this section will be considered
a violation of LO3.

A.
There is hereby established a parking zone adjacent to the Bridgeton
Hospital which shall be used for the pickup and discharge of patients,
said zone being more fully described as follows:

No vehicle shall be parked in the aforesaid zone for the pickup and
discharge of patients except those vehicles being used for the pickup
of patients being discharged from said hospital. Said vehicles shall
be identified by a slip which shall be issued by the hospital and
attached to said vehicle. The hospital shall retrieve the slip from
the vehicle upon completion of the discharge procedures so the slip
will not be used illegally. A violation of this section will be considered
a violation of LO4.
The following bank zones are hereby established within the Central
Business District of the City of Bridgeton. Bank zones shall be used
solely for the conducting of business in banks directly adjacent to
said bank zones. A violation of this section will be considered a
violation of LO1.
