No person shall park any vehicle upon a street in such a manner
or under such conditions as to leave available less space than is
necessary for free movement of vehicular traffic.
No person shall park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal
purpose of:
(A) Displaying such vehicle for sale.
(B) Washing, greasing, or repairing such vehicle, except repairs necessitated
by an emergency.
The City Traffic Engineer and the Hometown Police Department
are hereby authorized to post and erect signs indicating no parking,
stopping and/or standing on any street adjacent to a school. Any such
signage may include restricted hours for parking, stopping or standing
of vehicles. It shall be unlawful for any vehicle to park, stop or
stand in violation of any such signage prohibiting the same.
It shall be unlawful to park any commercial vehicle in excess
of one-half-ton capacity on any residential street, except to accomplish
delivery or some like service.

(A) Each driver and passenger of a motor vehicle stopped or standing
in a lane of traffic on a street or highway in the City of Hometown
shall wear a properly adjusted and fastened seat safety belt.
(B) A violation of this section shall result in a fine in the amount
of $50.
