The Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to erect stop signs. Drivers shall come to a complete stop when governed by a stop sign before entering the intersection.

(C) 
Parking is prohibited in reserved stalls, except for those permitted in said stalls.
(D) 
Where parking stalls are marked, no parking is permitted except in said lined stalls.
(E) 
This section shall not apply to a delivery or service vehicle when used to make a delivery or provide services, provided the parking of said vehicle does not exceed the time required to make the delivery or provide services.
(F) 
The no-parking area is hereby declared a tow-away zone and any vehicle parked in violation is declared a nuisance which may be immediately abated by towing. Posted signs shall also state "Tow Away Zone" or "Vehicle Will Be Towed" or words of similar import.
(A) 
It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to park said vehicle on any street within the City of Hometown for a period of time longer than 30 minutes between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any day, except where a permit for the purpose of parking during this time has been obtained from the Police Department.
(B) 
This section shall not apply to physicians on emergency cases nor to any emergency vehicles while engaged in emergency duties, or to a disabled vehicle while temporarily and unavoidably parked; provided, however, that in no case shall a disabled vehicle remain on any street longer than a twenty-four-hour period; and provided, further, that notice of disability of said vehicle shall be given to the Police Department.
The Traffic Engineer and/or Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to post and erect signs indicating no parking, stopping or standing in a designated access lane. It shall be unlawful for any person to park, stop, stand or leave unattended any vehicle located in a location marked "No Parking" or parallel to a yellow painted curb. Perpendicular parking of one car behind another is hereby prohibited.
(A) 
Prohibition. It shall be unlawful for any person to use any parking place reserved for physically handicapped persons or disabled veterans using a motor vehicle not bearing registration plates issued to or for a physically handicapped person, or to a disabled veteran, or a motor vehicle not bearing a special decal or device issued by the Secretary of State or by the City or another jurisdiction, state, district, territory or foreign country.[1]

(B) 
Applicability. This section is applicable to any parking place on a public street, or in a private or public off-street parking facility specifically reserved by the posting of an official sign for vehicles bearing such registration plates or special decal or device.
(C) 
Removal of vehicle. The owner or operator of a private or public off-street parking facility may, after notifying the City police, or the police itself may remove or cause to be removed to the nearest garage or place of safety any vehicle in violation of this section without notice to the owner or operator of the vehicle in violation, at the violator's expense.
(D) 
Penalty. Any person in violation of this section shall be fined at least the minimum sum of $100, but not in any amount more than $350, for each violation. A separate violation or offense shall occur for every hour such vehicle is parked in violation of this section. A police officer may issue a citation "P" ticket in accordance with the procedures set forth in § 14-250.1.[2]

(A) 
It shall be unlawful to stand, stop, or to park or cause to be parked a motor vehicle in any area, zone, lane, or street designated a "Snow Route" after two inches or more of snowfall until said snow is completely removed for vehicular traffic. A vehicle parked in violation of this section is hereby declared a nuisance and may be summarily abated, without notice, by towing upon order of the Chief of Police or the Director of the Department of Public Works.
(B) 
Every street and lane throughout its entire length in the City of Hometown is hereby designated as a "snow route."
No left turn shall be permitted between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. each day for traffic moving on Southwest Highway turning onto Keeler Lane or traffic moving on Keeler Lane and turning onto Southwest Highway.
