The regular meetings of the Borough Council of the Borough of
Honey Brook shall convene on the first Monday of each month at Borough
Hall at a time to be established by Borough Council at its annual
reorganization meeting. Such regular meeting dates and times may be
altered by Borough Council at any future annual reorganization meeting,
provided all legal advertising requirements are met.

All regular and special meetings shall be advertised as required
by law.

The Borough Council may, by resolution, establish such rules
of parliamentary procedure for the conduct of its meetings as it deems
appropriate. In the event no such resolution is adopted, then Robert's
Rules of Order shall be utilized in the conduct of meetings.
