A.
Definition Of Golf Cart. For the purposes of this Section, a "golf cart" is defined as a vehicle whose primary purpose is designed for operation and use on golf courses to facilitate transportation of persons and golf equipment.
B.
License Required. No person shall operate a golf cart on any public area for the purpose of transportation not related to the game of golf without having a valid Missouri operator's license.
C.
Restrictions Of Use On Public Roads. No person shall operate a golf cart on any public road that has a speed limit of more than thirty (30) miles per hour.
D.
Unlawful To Allow Unlicensed Driver To Operate Golf Cart On Public Property. No person shall allow an unlicensed driver to operate a golf cart on public areas or streets.
