In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 26:3-69.2, and
pursuant to N.J.A.C. 8:57-1.11, model rules establishing isolation
and quarantine measures to be instituted in the event of the receipt
by the Health Officer of a report of a communicable disease and fixing
penalties for violation are hereby adopted by reference.
The model rules established and adopted by this ordinance are
described and commonly known as the "Quarantine and Isolation — Model
Rules for Local Boards of Health" as codified at N.J.A.C. 8:57-1,
Appendix B.
Three copies of said model rules have been placed on file in
the Township Health Department upon the introduction of this chapter
and will remain on file in said office for the use and examination
by the public.
