The Middleton Board of Selectmen at their August 12, 2014, meeting
voted to adopt Massachusetts Attorney General's Regulations 940
CMR 29.10 to authorize remote participation in the meetings of all
Town of Middleton public bodies. Public bodies are defined as any
multi-member board, commission, committee or subcommittee within the
Town established to serve a public purpose. This includes any multi-member
body created to advise or make recommendations to a public body, and
also includes the governing board of any local housing or redevelopment
authority.
