In accordance with § 66.0217, Wis. Stats., and the
petition for direct annexation by unanimous consent filed with the
City Clerk on April 4, 2014, signed by all of the owners of the real
estate described therein, there being no electors residing in said
territory, and the Department of Administration having performed its
review under § 66.0217(6)(a), Wis. Stats., the Common Council
having reviewed the advice of the Department, if any, before considering
this ordinance, the following described territory ("Property") in
the Town of Glenwood, Saint Croix County, Wisconsin, is annexed to
the City of Glenwood City, Wisconsin, and detached from the Town of
Glenwood. The Property is described as follows:

Part of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 35, T30N, R15W, described
as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast Corner of the said NE 1/4 of the
NE 1/4, with said point of commencement also being the point of beginning

The territory described in this ordinance shall be part of the
City for any and all purposes provided by law, and all persons coming
to or residing within such territory shall be subject to all ordinances,
rules and regulations of the City.
The real estate described in § A500-1 annexed to the City of Glenwood City under § 66.0217, Wis. Stats., shall be zoned as follows:
A.
The City-owned real estate described above with Parcel ID 016-1056-95-000,
016-1057-20-000, 016-1057-60-000, 016-1079-60-000, 016-1079-95-000,
and 016-1080-20-000, whether in whole or part, shall be zoned I-1
(Industrial District).
B.
The privately owned real estate described above with Parcel ID 016-1076-15-000,
016-1076-30-000, 016-1076-50-000, 016-1077-80-000, 016-1077-90-000,
016-1078-10-000, 016-1078-20-000, 016-1080-70-000, 016-1080-60-000,
016-1080-30-000, 016-1080-10-000, 016-1079-90-000, 016-1080-40-000,
016-1080-50-000, 016-1080-95-000, 016-1079-70-000, 016-1079-50-000,
016-1079-60-200, 016-1079-10-000, and 016-1079-80-000, whether in
whole or in part, shall be zoned NM (Nonmetallic Mining District).
The territory described in this ordinance is hereby made a part
of existing Ward 2.
If any provision of this ordinance is invalid or unconstitutional,
or if the application of this ordinance to any person or circumstances
is invalid or unconstitutional, such invalidity or unconstitutionality
shall not affect the other provisions or applications of this ordinance
which can be given effect without the invalid or unconstitutional
provision or application.
This ordinance shall take effect upon its adoption in accord
with § 66.0217(2) and (8), Wis. Stats.
