No person shall tear up or injure any pavement, sidewalk, crosswalk,
drain or sewer, or shall hinder or obstruct the making or improving
of the same, or of any other public work or improvement being done
under Village authority.
No person shall destroy, injure, mark or write upon or otherwise
deface any bridge or its appurtenances, or any other property, public
or private, not being his own, within the Village.
No person shall be found trespassing upon the premises of another,
within the Village.
The pasting, sticking or placing of any advertisement, handbill,
placard or any printed picture, or written matter, or thing whatsoever,
upon any house, wall, building, fence, lamp post, telephone or electric
light poles, railing or other property, public or private, without
the permission of the owner or person in possession thereof, is hereby
declared a nuisance.
No person shall injure, deface or destroy any telephone or electric
light pole, or shall break or injure any telephone, electric light
wire, globe, insulator, cross-arm or other appurtenances, within any
street, alley, avenue or public ground in the Village.
