Village of Granville, IL Article III Vegetation in Public Right-of-Way

§ 270-11 Placement prohibited.

It shall be unlawful to place any lawn clippings, trimmings from shrubs or trees or otherwise place vegetation on public streets or rights-of-way in the Village of Granville. This article shall apply to depositing any of the any above-described material on any pavement or sidewalk.

§ 270-12 Penalty.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any terms of this article shall be subject to penalties as set forth in Chapter 1, Article III, of the Village Code.
