The Village of Fonda park and playground located at Park Street
in the Village of Fonda, New York, shall be open to the public from
8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and shall be closed from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00
a.m. The hours of operation may be altered by the written approval
of the Village Board.
No alcoholic beverages shall be allowed in the park and playground
at any time.
No organized sports or gatherings are allowed without submission
of an application for use of community facilities approved by the
Board of Trustees.
All trash must be placed in trash containers or removed from
the premises.
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter
shall be guilty of a violation and subject to a fine not to exceed
$250.
