Any person who desires to receive water from the Village of
Fonda water supply shall, in connection with his application, pay
the charge for the tapping of water mains adopted annually per schedule
of fees unless a tap to the main was installed at the time of original
construction and found to be in good condition.
Upon payment of an additional charge, two taps may be allowed
in one excavation, provided that they shall be for service to one
building. If service is desired for two separate buildings, the charge
shall be the same as for two separate tappings, in accordance with
the fee schedule.
