[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Scotia 7-8-2015 by L.L. No. 1-2015; amended in its entirety 4-13-2016 by L.L. No. 3-2016. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The following persons are hereby authorized to issue and serve appearance tickets under the provisions of §150.10 of the Criminal Procedure Law of the State of New York: any police officer and any Village official or employee listed herein.
A. 
Park guards are authorized to issue and serve appearance tickets to enforce parking regulations of the Village of Scotia.
B. 
The Building Inspector is authorized to issue and serve appearance tickets for any state law or regulation or Village local law he is authorized to enforce.
C. 
The Superintendent of Public Works is authorized to issue and serve appearance tickets for any state law or regulation or Village local law he is authorized to enforce.
D. 
The Fire Chief and Fire Code Enforcement Officers are authorized to issue and serve appearance tickets for any state law or regulation or Village local law they are authorized to enforce.
