A.
All customers shall be billed monthly. Billings for any particular
month shall be made within thirty (30) days after the end of such
month. Payments are due when the billings are made.
B.
The transfer station bill will become due and payable upon receipt,
and will become delinquent thirty (30) days after the date mailed.
A five percent (5%) penalty shall be added to all delinquent monthly
bills following non-payment for the use of the transfer station.
C.
Customers have the sole responsibility for accuracy of billing address
information provided to the transfer station. Failure of the customer
to receive a bill due to erroneous billing address information will
not be justified.
D.
The City Administration and the transfer station manager may waive
late fees, upon their joint or individual discretion.
