The City of Kennett, Missouri, shall impose a fee of two dollars
($2.00) per month on every utility customer of the City for mosquito
abatement purposes. The monies generated by such levy shall be kept
in a separate fund, and used only to finance a mosquito abatement
program in the City.

be imposed was put to the voters and approved at a special election
held 4-7-2015.
