The following described premises, owned by the Town and heretofore leased to Public Service Coordinated Transport (now known as "Transport of New Jersey") and commonly referred to as the "Irvington Public-Service Bus Terminal," is designated as a bus terminal for the use and benefit of certain buses and the public as more particularly set forth in the lease dated February 1, 1969: Beginning in the northerly line of Clinton Avenue at a point therein distant westerly 128.73 feet from the corner formed by the intersection of the said northerly line of Clinton Avenue with the westerly line of Washington Avenue; thence north 60 degrees 20 minutes west along said northerly line of Clinton Avenue 103.94 feet; thence north 32 degrees 39 1/2 minutes east along lands of Public Service Electric and Gas Company 154.25 feet to the southerly line of Springfield Avenue; thence north 80 degrees 10 minutes east along said line of Springfield Avenue 87.37 feet to line of lands formerly of L. Meyer and others; thence south 11 degrees 8 minutes east along said Meyer line 72.32 feet; thence south 37 degrees 30 minutes west and still along said Meyer line 98 feet to lands of First Christian Church; thence north 52 degrees 3 minutes west along said lands of First Christian Church 12.61 feet; thence south 30 degrees 21 1/2 minutes west, and still along said lands of First Christian Church, 119.52 feet to the point and place of beginning.
A. 
On and after the effective date hereof and the posting of proper signs, it shall be unlawful for any vehicle, other than buses duly authorized and such other vehicles specified in Subsection C of this section, to use any portion of the premises described in § 620-90 hereof as a thoroughfare or to stop, stand or park upon any portion of the same.
B. 
No person shall operate any private motor vehicle, other than those permitted by Subsection C of this section, upon any portion of such bus terminal premises as a thoroughfare, or shall cause any such vehicle to stop, stand or be parked upon any portion of such premises.
C. 
Only authorized buses, accredited officials of Transport of New Jersey using their private motor vehicles, other accredited and authorized vehicles of such Transport of New Jersey and authorized delivery trucks shall use such described premises. Each such vehicle authorized to be parked under this section shall be properly and clearly identified thereon.
D. 
All persons except as herein specified are hereby prohibited from using any private motor vehicles upon such premises as herein provided.
The aforesaid bus terminal areas being established on land owned by the Town, the provisions of Title 39 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic Regulations of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey)[1] and N.J.S.A. 39:4-197 shall be applicable to such areas.

A. 
All persons violating the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable to a penalty of not more than $50 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
B. 
The driver or owner of any vehicle violating the provisions of this article shall be subject to being summoned before the Municipal Court for such violation, and such vehicle may be towed away at the cost and expense of such driver or owner.
